Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Lease agreement of Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritance, 1913
The inheritors of Hajiyah Shah Baygum, wife of the late Haji Hakim from Rasht, rent inherited property to Muhammad Husayn Uf from Irvan for six years in exchange for eighteen thousand tumans. Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritors include her nieces and nephews, and the leased properties, including a bath, are located near Rasht and Fuman.

Will of Haj Hamzah Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Tabriz, resident of Najaf, in which he gives one hundred tumans to his wife (daughter of Haj Shaykh Muhammad) for her mahr, three hundred tumans for purchasing a house for her, and allows her to keeps all her belongings including clothing, carpets, and household furnishings. He also determines one-third of his inheritance and allocates money to be spent for his funeral and religious duties including ablution, the funeral, prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, and charity.
